我之所以強調 TL × 數位植牙的結合,是因為:

I emphasize the combination of tissue-level design and digital planning for one reason: without precise placement, TL advantages are lost. When depth, angulation, and cleanability are digitally controlled, those advantages translate into real long-term stability.

治療上,我最在乎的,始終是患者在多年後回診時的實際狀態。

累積的臨床經驗顯示,在 Straumann TL 系統下,牙齦較不易出現慢性發炎,清潔路徑相對直覺,結構容錯率也較高,對患者而言更為友善,對醫師來說,長期維護與監控也更具可預期性。

也因此,當治療決策以長期使用結果作為主要考量時,Straumann TLX 與 TLC 往往成為我臨床上的首要選擇。

In treatment, what matters most to me is how patients present years after care is completed. Clinical experience suggests that within the Straumann TL system, gums are less prone to chronic inflammation, cleaning pathways are more intuitive, and the structure offers greater tolerance to minor variables. This makes long-term care more patient-friendly—and monitoring more predictable for clinicians.

For these reasons, when long-term function is the primary consideration, Straumann TLX and TLC are often my first-line choices in practice.
