本次課程特別邀請蒔美三位資深講師授課，包括口腔顎面全口重建中心主任賴泓璋醫師、贋復牙科主治醫師葉昭孝醫師，以及具14年臨床經驗、超過百例手術協作的牙醫助理主管Gina。三人輪番登場，將術前準備、無菌操作、手術配合、突發狀況處理等實務重點，完整分享給學員。更同時安排無菌鋪單與Drilling流程配合的實戰演練。
其中，Gina以多年第一線經驗，解析助理如何在手術過程中扮演承上啟下的角色，讓參與者更能體會臨床助理工作的價值與挑戰。
The course brought together three seasoned educators from Smile Dental: Dr. Lai, prosthodontist Dr. Chao-Hsiao Yeh, and Gina, a senior assistant with 14 years of experience and more than a hundred surgeries to her name.
Together, they walked participants through the essentials of surgical preparation, sterile technique, chairside coordination, and troubleshooting during unexpected events. Practical drills included gowning and draping, as well as hands-on training in drilling sequences.
Gina, drawing on her years on the front line, highlighted how an assistant bridges surgeon and patient, ensuring that the flow of surgery is never broken. Her stories underscored the value—and the challenges—of the profession, resonating deeply with participants.
聚焦全口重建 兼談數位趨勢

課程第二天，焦點進一步深入全口重建手術的細節。蒔美團隊近年累積超過百例 All-on-X 病例，透過此次研習，將寶貴的臨床經驗與跨專科合作模式傳承給助理學員。此外，也針對數位化植牙的新趨勢進行介紹，包括導板應用、導航植牙，以及數位口掃軟體設計。
課程最後的 Q&A 段落更是互動熱烈，讓學員能針對日常工作遇到的問題直接向講師提問，獲得實用解答。
Day two turned to the nuances of full-arch reconstruction. In recent years, Smile Dental has performed more than a hundred All-on-X cases, and the team used this workshop to share its accumulated knowledge and collaborative treatment models.
The instructors also looked ahead to new digital frontiers in implant dentistry, from guided surgery and navigation systems to intraoral scanning and digital prosthetic design. The sessions ended with a lively Q&A, giving assistants the chance to bring forward the challenges they face daily and walk away with practical solutions.
