相隔四年，蒔美牙醫集團再次踏上瑞士巴塞爾，造訪士卓曼（Straumann）全球總部。與 2022 年首次參訪相比，這次同行的陣容更加完整，集結各部門醫師，包含全口重建團隊、植牙團隊與美學醫師團隊，並由數位牙技師、諮詢顧問及口腔衛生師共同參與，讓國際進修的成果延伸至完整的診療與照護流程。
Four years after our initial visit in 2022, Smile Dental Group has returned to Basel, Switzerland, to visit the global headquarters of Straumann. This time, our delegation is even more comprehensive. Bringing together specialists from various departments—including our full-mouth reconstruction, implantology, and esthetic dentistry teams—alongside digital dental technicians, treatment coordinators, and dental hygienists, we aim to integrate the insights gained from this international training across our entire clinical and patient-care workflow.

Complex oral reconstructions require the indispensable expertise of every professional role. Our implant team focuses on bone quality assessment and precise implant positioning; the full-mouth reconstruction team coordinates occlusion and functional planning; the esthetic team ensures ideal tooth proportions and natural smile lines; and our digital dental technicians bridge the gap between digital design and prosthesis fabrication. Meanwhile, our treatment coordinators guide patients through their treatment plans to ensure a seamless care experience, while dental hygienists focus on oral health education and long-term maintenance.

課程一開始，蒔美團隊便深入了解 Straumann 長年以來的實證醫學基礎，以及國際植牙團隊（ITI）目前最新的臨床準則。從全數位化診療、全口重建的整合應用，到尖端組織再生材料的發展趨勢，團隊逐一釐清每一項技術背後的科學根據，確保日後在臨床上的診斷與治療規劃，都能對齊全球最高標準。
The program began with a deep dive into Straumann’s foundational evidence-based medicine and the latest clinical guidelines from the International Team for Implantology (ITI). Covering fully digitalized workflows, integrated full-mouth reconstructions, and the latest advancements in cutting-edge tissue regeneration materials, our team meticulously analyzed the scientific rationale behind each technology. This ensures that our clinical diagnostics and treatment planning consistently align with the highest global standards.
深入 iEXCEL™ 系統，掌握 TLX 植牙設計與臨床應用
Diving Deep into the iEXCEL™ System: Mastering TLX Implant Design and Clinical Applications
此行的學習重點之一，是 Straumann iEXCEL™ 系統中的 TLX 植體。透過原廠課程與資深臨床醫師的經驗分享，蒔美團隊進一步了解 TLX 的設計理念，以及在不同口腔條件下的應用與評估重點。
A primary focus of this trip was the TLX implant within Straumann’s iEXCEL™ system. Through manufacturer-led courses and clinical case sharing by veteran specialists, the Smile Dental team gained an in-depth understanding of the TLX design philosophy, as well as the critical criteria for its application and evaluation across diverse oral conditions.
TLX 結合經典 Tissue Level（組織水平）設計與即刻治療所需的初期穩定性。其特色在於將植體與假牙的連接位置設於軟組織水平，遠離骨頭，並透過平滑頸部設計，兼顧周圍軟組織的健康與日後清潔維護；植體本體則採全錐形設計，幫助醫師在植入時取得良好的初期穩定度，為符合條件的即拔即種與即刻負重療程提供支持。
The TLX system marries the classic Tissue Level design with the primary stability required for immediate treatment protocols. A defining feature is its implant-prosthesis connection situated at the soft tissue level—safely distanced from the crestal bone. Its smooth machined collar promotes peri-implant soft tissue health and facilitates long-term maintenance. Meanwhile, the fully tapered implant body enables clinicians to achieve excellent primary stability during placement, making it a highly reliable solution for indicated cases of immediate placement and immediate loading.
在植牙專家 Eirik Salvesen 的親自帶領下，蒔美團隊也進行了系統的手術實作訓練，從植體定位、植入操作到穩定度評估，深化對臨床細節的掌握。是否採用即刻治療，仍須由醫師依患者的骨質、牙周狀況與整體治療需求審慎判斷，讓技術的應用同時兼顧當下的治療需求與長期維護。
Under the expert guidance of renowned implantologist Dr. Eirik Salvesen, our team participated in systematic hands-on surgical workshops. Covering precise implant positioning, surgical protocols, and stability assessments, this training reinforced our mastery of critical clinical details. While the technology is advanced, the decision to proceed with immediate treatment protocols still requires a rigorous evaluation by our clinicians, who assess bone quality, periodontal health, and overall patient needs to balance immediate surgical goals with long-term maintenance.

除了植體系統的實作，團隊也安排了 Smilecloud 數位微笑美學設計的工作坊，讓植牙治療不只著重功能與骨整合，也能兼顧牙齦形態與自然的微笑曲線，從美學端完整銜接臨床端。團隊也實地走訪了位於瑞士 Villeret 的 Straumann 生產基地。從精密車削、表面處理，到無菌包裝與層層品管測試，團隊親眼見證了每一枚植入患者口中的植體，背後所經過的嚴謹工藝與把關。這份嚴謹，也正是蒔美在為患者挑選植體品牌時，最重視的堅持。
Beyond hands-on implant training, the team also participated in a Smilecloud digital smile design workshop. This ensures that our implant therapies prioritize not only function and osseointegration but also ideal gingival architecture and a natural smile line, seamlessly bridging esthetic design with clinical execution. Furthermore, the delegation toured Straumann’s manufacturing facility in Villeret, Switzerland. From precision milling and advanced surface treatments to sterile packaging and rigorous quality control testing, the team witnessed firsthand the meticulous engineering behind every single implant.
